Registration
General Information
The registration for JELIA 2019 is available here.
At least one author of each accepted paper must get registered before March 25th and present the work at the conference. Online registration will be kept open until the end of the conference, May 10th, 2019. For on-site registration, please contact us at jelia2019@mat.unical.it.
The deadline for early registration is March 31st, 2019.
Registration Fees
- Early registration (until March 31st): 400 EUR
- Regular registration (until April 30th): 500 EUR
- Late registration (*): 600 EUR
- Early student registration (until March 31st): 250 EUR (without conference dinner and guided tour) 300 EUR (with conference dinner and guided tour)
- Regular student registration (until April 30th): 300 EUR (without conference dinner and guided tour) 350 EUR (with conference dinner and guided tour)
- Late student registration(*): 350 EUR (without conference dinner and guided tour) 400 EUR (with conference dinner and guided tour)
The registration fee includes:
- Technical program of the main conference
- Electronic Conference Proceedings made available online
- Buffet lunches (3) at the conference site
- Coffee breaks (6) at the conference site
- Reception in Rende (May 7th)
- Conference dinner in Pizzo Calabro (May 9th)
Accompanying persons are welcome to the reception and the conference dinner, tickets are available at this page. The fares are:
- Reception (May 7th): 25 EUR
- Guided tour (May 9th): 20 EUR
- Conference dinner (May 9th): 50 EUR
(*) In case of registrations after April 30th, some of the services or social events listed above may become unavailable.
Cancellations of Registration
Cancellations should be done by email to the organizers of the conference: jelia2019@mat.unical.it
For cancellations made before 20th March 2019, 100% of the fees will be refunded (a processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted). No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after March 20th. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference. Replacement of a participant is accepted within the same organization.
